Zoey Petredis age 13 of Barbourville, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, June 13, 2023 in the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. She was born on July 9, 2009 in Whitley County, Kentucky the daughter of Bradley Petredis and Jessica Lynn Murphy Petredis. Zoey was of the Baptist Faith and was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. She loved going to church, dogs, Tic Toc, YouTube, fast cars, family, Baja Blasts, Play Station, Nails, Art and lots more.
She is preceded in death by her paternal great grandmothers, Ellen Jones, and June Mills, and maternal great grandparents, Bradford and Helen Callebs, maternal grandfather Jerry Russell, and one sister, Tracie Petredis.
Left behind to mourn her passing, her parents, Brad Petredis and wife Ashley and Jessica Lynn Murphy Petredis and Ricky Lee Hibbard all of Barbourville, brothers and sisters Tristian Hibbard of Pineville, Cheyenne Burnett of Barbourville, Tyler McWilliams and Alara Almgren both of Flat Lick, Alyssa Hibbard of Barbourville and Dalton Almgren of Flat Lick, paternal grandparents, George Jones of Flat Lick, Michelle Hobbs of Barbourville and a special great grandmother, Lucy Irvan, maternal grandmother, Annette Russell of Cannon, special uncles, Jordan Jones, Ryan Hammons and Brandon Fisher, special aunts Jalen Jones and Abbie Gambrel , uncles, Nick Jones, John Ray Gray, Danny Hammons and Tony Hammons, a special nephew, Jonah McWilliams, special aunt, Christine Gribben, special uncle Chris, a special great-grandmother, Betty Laws and husband Gillis, her grandmother Omia Roark, aunt Robin Boles, uncle Michael Hamblin, special cousins, Clarissa Manning, Christopher Gribben, Jr. and Carrie Gribben. She also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral services for Zoey will be conducted on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Johnson officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Callebs Creek Cemetery at Hinkle. Pallbearers will be Tyler McWilliams, Dalton Almgren, Jordan Jones, Brandon Fisher, Chris Gribben and Mike Hamblin. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
