Obituary for Wilma Jean Branstutter (1934-2020)

Barbourville, Ky. – Wilma Jean Branstutter, passed away peacefully Sunday night,  October 11, 2020.  Wilma was the daughter of Cora Holmes, joyfully born to her on June 26, 1934.
