Mr. William Edward Waligorski, 70, of Bryants Store, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 14, 2021 at his home. He was the son of the late William F. and Lola Hubbard Waligorski born on January 28, 1951 in Detroit, MI.
Bill was a retired truck driver from the Army Air Force Exchange and of the Christian faith. He loved to fish, farm and especially loved celebrating holidays with his family. He faithfully served his country in the United States Navy.
On December 20, 1972, he united in marriage with Denise Billau and to this union four children were born.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Dawn Marie Waligorski; a sister, Bettye Branum and a brother, James Taylor.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Denise Waligorski of Bryants Store; three dearly loved children, William Waligorski Jr. and wife, Mae, of Maryland, Jeremy Waligorski and wife, Genie, of Bryants Store and Christopher Waligorski and wife, Kellie, of London; treasured grandchildren, Sho and Kai Waligorski and Corri Taylor and husband, Eric; his special extended family in Michigan; among other loved ones and dear friends.
A private family graveside service will be conducted in the McKeehan Cemetery at Stoney Fork with Rev. Jason Smith officiating.
Casket bearers will be his family.
