Ms. Whitney Mickaylin Frost, 23, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday evening, February 15, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. She was the daughter of Harold Michael and Elisa Partin Frost born June 3, 2001 in Corbin.
Whitney attended the North Main Community Church and was a graduate of Knox Central High School. She had a passion for reading, journaling and finding comfort within the pages of a good book. She enjoyed watching movies and the show, Heartland. She was also a fan of Stitch, from Lilo & Stitch. She shared a close bond with her two sisters and cherished time spent with them and her family.
Whitney was preceded in death by her great-grand parents, Jaunita Johnson, Fred and Tammy Partin and Clinton and Helen Jones.
Survivors include her loving parents, Michael and Elisa Frost of Barbourville; sisters, Emma and Brailey Frost, of Barbourville; grandparents, Michael and Melisa Frost, Mack and Phylis Partin and Donna Partin; uncles and aunts, Jamie Miller and husband, Shannon; Brandon Frost and wife, Linda, Robert Frost and wife, Brandie, Tiffany Mosley and husband, Justin, Natasha Gray and husband, Jason, Shawna Lacy and husband, Joshua, Joshua Partin, Isaiah Partin and wife, Destiny, Teresa Bowling and Mary Asher; special friends, Rachel Johnson and Jobeth Stone; among other relatives and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, February 21 at 1 P.M. with Rev. Scott Phipps officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Chadwell Cemetery.
Serving as casket bearers will be Roger Stone, Kaiden Yeager, Brandon Tomlinson, Robert Frost, Brandon Frost and Clayton Blanton.
Friends may visit at the funeral home Friday after 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
The family requests, with appreciation, gifts of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Hope City Rehabilitation and Transitional Center for Women, 335 N Main St, Barbourville, KY 40906.
