Wesley Roark, age 56 of Flat Lick was born in Pineville, KY on April 15, 1965 to Alice Marie Roark and departed this life on December 3, 2021 at his home. He was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed riding his motorcycle, Wrestling, working on cars, collecting Antiques, and time with family and friends.
Wesley was preceded in death by his wife: Mary Jane Roark; his father: M J Baker; a brother: Jackie Roark; and a sister: Hannah Roark.
He is survived by his loving mother: Alice Marie Baker of Flat Lick; 2 daughters: Kayla Smith and husband Jake and Barbara Michelle Roark all of Flat Lick; 2 brothers: Marvin Roark and wife Ronnie of Bailey Switch, and Time Roark and wife Sandy of Flat Lick; a sister: Mary Helen Gambrel of Barbourville; 2 grandchildren: Jacob Tate Smith and Eden Jayne Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Wisley Roark will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Donnie Mills officiating. Burial will follow in the Baker-Roark Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends may call at the Barbourville Funeral Home Monday Evening from 6 to 9 PM and Tuesday from 10 AM to the funeral hour at 1.
