Obituary for Wanda May Lee (1960-2020)

Wanda May Lee was born in Barbourville Kentucky on November 15, 1960. She went to heaven on October 31st, 2020 at the age of 59. Wanda is proceeded in death by her parents John Riley and Bessie Jewell Lee, by her brother John Lee, her nephews Ricky Lee and Jimmy Fuller, her great niece Kelcie Lee, and her great nephew Jordan Lee.

         Wanda is survived by her brothers and sisters: Jimmy Lee of Independence KY, Jerry Lee of Ft. Wright KY, Terry Lee of Independence Ky, Marion Lee of Ft. Wright KY, Patsy Jones of Burlington KY, Carrie Walden of Land of Lakes FL, Larry Lee of Ryland Heights KY, Ronald Lee of Covington KY, Donald Lee of Taylor Mill KY, Loxley Lee of Latonia KY, and Brenda Lee of Independence KY.  Wanda is also survived by her thirty-four nieces and nephews who she loved as if they were her own children. She has numerous family members and was loved by so many. Wanda comes from a large family and she loved to be surrounded by them. “Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure”

          Funeral services for Wanda Lee will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 at   2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be family & friends. She will be laid to rest in the Collins Cemetery at Kay Jay. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

         Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.

          Please remember, during the ongoing pandemic, there will be capacity restrictions and social distancing guidelines that we will need to follow during all our services. This will include wearing a face covering as mandated by the Governor of Kentucky for the safety of our families, visitors’ and staff.
