Mrs. Vina Lee Senters Napier, age 82 of Williamsburg was born in Knox County, KY on November 16, 1937 to the late John Henry and Sarah Elizabeth Partin Senters and departed this life on March 5, 2020 in the Baptist Health of Corbin. She was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church and enjoyed going to Church, time outside, going to Wal-Mart, and time with family and friends, especially her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, her husband: Lawrence Partin; 3 brothers: Oscar Senters, Miner Senters, and Daniel Senters; and 6 sisters: Liza Murray, Albertine Murray, Mandy Jane Senters, Mary Sally Senters, Sarah Jane Paul, and Angeline Senters preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving children: Jimmy Partin and wife Linda, and Ricky Partin all of NC, and Vicky Partin of Williamsburg; 9 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Vina Napier will be conducted in the Mossy Gap Baptist Church on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Keith Decker officiating. Burial will follow in the Ketchin Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends may call at the Mossy Gap Baptist Church on Monday from 12 Noon to the funeral hour at 2.
