Obituary for Steven Glen Hatfield (1955-2022)

 Steven Glen Hatfield age 66 of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, March 3, 2022 at his home. He was born on April 15, 1955 the son of Leonard and Patsy (Miracle) Hatfield. Steven believed in the Pentecostal faith and was a construction worker.

      He is preceded in death by his parents, Leonard and Patsy Hatfield, two brothers, Bruce Hatfield and Terry Hatfield and two sisters, Peggy Messer and Barbara Hatfield.

      Left behind to mourn his passing, one son, Michael Glen Hatfield of London, three daughters, Amanda Golden and husband Kalvin of Corbin, Melissa Canada and husband Jessie of Rockholds and Angela Farmer and husband Mike of Corbin, seven brothers, Dennis Hatfield and wife Joyce of Corbin, Danny Hatfield and wife Roxanne, Paul Hatfield and Roger Hatfield and wife Stephanie all of Barbourville, Marty Hatfield and wife Debbie of Artemus, Mickey Hatfield and wife Lona of Corbin and Phillip Hatfield and wife Linda of Barbourville, one sister, Patricia Bates and husband Danny of London, thirteen grandchildren, Kristian, Dominic and Grace Golden, Justin, Jade and Cody Hatfield, Katie Leger, Sarah Hensley, Brandon Brown, Brianna Canada, Ivie Barrow, Zachary and Johnathon Helton. He also leaves behind twelve great grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends. 

      Funeral services for Mr. Hatfield will be conducted on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Hatfield officiating. Pallbearers will be family and friends. He will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

      Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
