Mrs. Stacie Jean Robbins, aka Momma Bear, 75, of Spring Hill, FL passed away Sunday, August 28, 2022 at the Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, FL. She was born at Wheeler on October 9, 1946, to the late Murphy and Fredia Brown.
She was a faithful servant of the Lord and loved her church and church family. She loved gospel music and lived her life as such. Stacie enjoyed reading, gardening her flowers, cactus and succulents. She loved her family immensely and their visits.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Denver, Fred, EB, Flora and Barbara “Jerry” and Lois; sisters-in-law, Joyce Warrick, Beverly Ernst and Pat Goodrich and her mother-in-law, Lois Taylor.
She leaves behind her dear husband of 45 years, Robert Robbins of Spring Hill, FL; dearly loved children, Steven and Marie Peace of Barbourville, Kelly M. Peace of Webster, FL and Robert Perry Robbins Jr. of Hustonville; sisters and brothers, Carol Cooke, Ted and Linda Brown, Jeff and Connie Brown, Harold and Nancy Reynolds, Roger Reynolds and Betty Sue and Edward Mayhan; grandchildren, Derek, Calvin, Kristi, Corina, and Ashley; 10 great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Grego; many nieces and nephews and her special fur baby, Teddy.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, September 9 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Herschel Walker officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday between 6 and 9 P.M. and Friday prior to the funeral hour.
