Shirley Ann Butt, age 69, Gray, KY passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin, KY. She was born on March 16, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of the late Elmer and Maglane (Price) Hoover. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Jimmy Gilbert.
She is survived by her Significant Other, Johnny Lowe; children: George (Ashley) Jessee, Darrell Jessee, Susie (Brian) Elliott, Eddie (Lisa) Butt, William (Natasha) Chancellar, Angela ( Charles) Sizemore and Anthony (Kaleigh) brock; one sister: Sharon Gibert, twenty one Grandchildren; and a very Special Friend: Arlis Elliott.
Funeral service for Shirley Ann Butt will be conducted Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Hampton Celebration of Life Funeral Chapel with Rev. Kenny Johnson, Rev. Charlie Humfleet. Internment will follow at Nana Family Cemetery in Gray, KY. The family of Shirley Ann Butt will receive friends on Friday, January 3, from 6:00PM until 9:00PM.
