Barbourville, Ky. – Sandra June Valentine passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, November, 9, 2019. Sandra was born October 15, 1942. She worked for many years at the Corbin Baptist Hospital as a respiratory therapist and in medical records.
Sandra is survived by her loving husband, John, whom she was married to for twenty eight years. Sandra never met a stranger and she found joy in doing for others – always generously giving of her time, and of her heart. Sandra was a loving wife and she made a happy home for herself and John. She also enjoyed preparing nice meals and taking care of her pet cats.
Sandra was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca McCormick and her mother and father.
