Infant Samuel Ray McCulley the infant son of Tommy Ray McCulley and Metasha Mills McCulley was born and departed this life on October 26, 2019 in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
Samuel is survived by his loving parents: Tommy Ray and Metasha McCulley of Scalf; a twin sister: Sara Kay McCulley and brother: Bentley Mills all of Scalf; and a host of other relatives to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Infant Samuel Ray McCulley will be conducted in the Jeff’s Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Brown, Rev. Charles Carnes, and Rev. Silas Bargo officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends may call at the Jeff’s Creek Baptist Church from 5:00 P.M. Saturday to the Funeral Hour at 2 on Sunday.
