Barbourville, Ky. – Roscoe Bingham, 57, of Walker, Kentucky, passed away September 11, 2021. A complete obituary will be posted once completed.
Service Arrangements for Mr. Bingham are as follows: A visitation will be held on the evening of Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Hopper Funeral Home from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, a visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour of 2:00 PM. Reverends Kennon Roark and Ken Merida will officiate with musical tributes performed by Kelli Bingham. Interment will follow the funeral in the Eli Carnes Cemetery, Walker.
