Robert W. House, age 65, of London, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Ida M. Byrd House; three children, Sharlietta Renee House, David Gene Byrd, and Robert House, all of London, KY; three grandchildren, Tori Byrd, David Byrd and Chelsey Patton; one great granddaughter, Bayleigh Hensley; his brother-in-law, Don Blair, plus a host of other friends and family to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Robert House and Vada Pearl Hampton House; his sister, Brenda Blair; and by his grandson, Dillion House.
Robert retired from his work as a park ranger at Levi Jackson State Park where he worked for 28 years. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed camping, hiking and working in the mill.
Funeral services for Robert W. House will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Bill Meadors and Jeannie Lawson officiating. Burial will follow at Old Salem Cemetery in London, KY. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour also at the funeral home. The family has entrusted House Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
