Mr. Robert John Kemmler, Sr. age 76 departed this life on Monday, January 3, 2022 in the Hazard ARH Hospital. He was born on January 18, 1945 in Brooklyn, New York and was the son of Ethel Marion (Swenson) Kemmler.
Robert had lived and worked in Long Island, New York for many years. He also lived in South Florida and Maryland before moving to Kentucky. While in New York, he worked as a metal press operator for Techni-Metal Inc. He was also a veteran of the United States Coast Guard and served from 1964 until 1968. He graduated from Sachem High School in Long Island New York in 1962. He loved to go fishing and traveling and having good food. He also enjoyed cars shows and cruises with his El-Camino.
Left behind to mourn his passing, one son, Robert John Kemmler, Jr. and wife Deborah of Scalf, Kentucky along with many cousins and friends.
Services for Mr. Kemmler will be private.
