Richard Napier, age 61 of Barbourville, was born in Pineville, KY on April 13, 1960 to the late Ralph and Hazel Frazier Napier and departed this life on December 21, 2021 in the Pineville Health Care Center. He was a member of Warren Baptist Church and enjoyed Gensenging, playing Basketball, Football, and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, his wife: Shelia Napier; a daughter: Leanna Ruth Napier; and a brother: Kenneth Ray Napier preceded him in death.
He is survived by his loving children: Michael Napier of Corbin, and Alyssa Baby Shaye Napier of Girdler; a brother: David Napier and wife Stephanine of Bimble; 3 grandchildren: Rayden Napier, McKinleigh Gail Merida, and Jade Laray Napier; and other relatives, and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Richard Napier will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at 2:00 P.M.. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
