Mr. Paul Wayne Barton, 77, of Corbin, the widower of Geraldine Barton, passed away Monday evening, August 14, 2023 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset. He was the son of the late Paul Wayne Barton Sr. born on July 11, 1946 in Corbin.
Paul was a former hydraulic engineer with Toyota. He loved boating and was a member of the Yacht Club in Texas and enjoyed listening to music including his favorites: the oldies, rock and roll, jazz and country. He was known to be a gentle giant and was well-liked by anyone who met him.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by several siblings.
Survivors include a host of great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews; among other loved ones and dear friends.
