Mrs. Patsy Osborne Riggs age 69 of London, Kentucky went to be with her Lord on Saturday December 18, 2021. She is the wife of the late Rev. Gary D Riggs pastor of London Community Church of God. Patsy was retired from the Laurel County school system with many years of service. She was very faithful and dedicated to God and their church where she and Gary ministered together for over 25 years. Patsy is preceded in death by her parents Charles and Thelma Osborne, her sister Veronica “Sue” Mefford and husband James, brother in law Bob Smith and niece Shannon Osborne and her beloved husband Rev. Gary D Riggs of 45 years.
She leaves behind to cherish her memories, two sisters, Freda G. Smith and Debbie Kinney and husband Jerry of Ages Kentucky, one brother Glen David Osborne wife Terry of Kenvir Kentucky, a host of special nieces, nephews, family, church family and many dear friends, and a special niece Bethany Kinney.
To mourn her passing, visitation will be at the London Community Church of God in London Kentucky on Thursday January 6, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm.
Funeral following on Friday January 7, 2022 at 11:00am. Carlie Riggs, Jerry Kinney and Jerome McCullah will be officiating the service. Burial will immediately follow at A.R Dyche Cemetery in London.
Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home in Barbourville will be in charge of arrangements.
