Ms. Pamela Young Watkins, age 67 of Barbourville, Kentucky passed away on Friday afternoon at the Baptist Health Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was the mother of Jamie Lyn Scott and husband, David of Barbourville, Kentucky. She was the Fiancé of Elvin Sonny Chappell of Corbin, Kentucky.
Following the wishes of Ms. Watkins, the family has chosen cremation. There are NO SERVICES PLANNED AT THIS TIME.
