Nikki George, age 40, wife of Ronald George of London, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.
She was the mother of Kara Gail George, Emily Foster George, and Sara Bess George all of London, Kentucky; the daughter of Lester Cox of Barbourville, Kentucky; the sister of Anthony Cox and wife Debbie; the aunt of Brittany Cox, Brandon Cox and wife Rachel, and Brooklyn McCloud; the great-aunt of Rileigh Hart. She is also survived by her aunt, Sharon Widner Smith and husband Steve; and by her cousin, Kirk Smith.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda (Widner) Cox; and by her grandparents, Gleeson and Nina Widner. She was a member of Swan Pond Baptist Church.
Funeral services for Nikki George will be conducted Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Michael DeLand officiating. Burial will follow at Ralph George Cemetery. The family of Nikki George will receive friends at London Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. Thursday until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to London Funeral Home toward funeral expense.
Serving as pallbearers will be: Brandon Cox, Josh Lee, Floyd George, Kirk Smith, Steve Smith, and Anthony Cox.
