Mr. Milton Earl Kress, 81, of Corbin, passed away Monday morning, May 30, 2022 at his home. He was the son of the late John Milton and Doris Hemme Kress born on July 20, 1940 in Detroit, MI.
Milton was a former assembly line worker for an auto manufacturing company. He enjoyed tinkering with cars, listening to country music, playing the guitar and spending time with his grandchildren.
In September 1982, he united in marriage with Susan Kathleen Owen in Detroit, MI.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Milton Kress and two brothers, Gerald and Randy Kress.
Survivors include his children, Corinna Kress and husband, Kevin, Susan Marie Kress and husband, Tyler Smith, all of Barbourville and Milton Harns and wife, Kayla Swafford, of London; his girlfriend, Edna Beets of Corbin; two sisters, Lori Hubble and husband, Eddie, of California and Karol Kress of Michigan; a brother, Mike Krusinski of California; six grandchildren, Kevin, Autumn and Zaria Gray, Jayden and Jaylin Caldwell and Jaythus Hawk; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Following cremation, no services are planned.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
