Mickey Roger Mills, age 62 of Woolum was born in Knox County, KY on April 5, 1962 to the late Cleveland Mills and Roxie Smith Mills and departed this life on March 3, 2025 in the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. He was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed riding his Harley, being with friends, working in his garage, watching Westerns, mowing the yard, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his father: Cleveland Mills; a sister: Joyce Gambrel; and other loved ones preceded him in death.
He is survived by his loving mother: Roxie Mills of Woolum; a daughter: Jynece Mills of Woolum; 2 brothers: Randy Mills and wife Birdinia of Barbourville and Frankie Mills of Woolum; a sister Bonnie Swafford and husband David of Woolum; a grandson: Wesley Seth Eagle; and a host of other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Mickey Roger Mills will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Johnny Shell officiating. Burial will follow in the Nan Riley Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home on Thursday from 1:00 PM to the funeral hour at 2.
