Ms. Mary Lynn Collins, 53, of Flat Lick, passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 14, 2021 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the daughter of Roy R. Smith and the late Joann Smith.
A graveside service will be conducted in the Smith Cemetery at Elam Branch Sunday, September 19 at 2 P.M.
Family and friends may gather at the cemetery prior to the service time.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
