Mark A. Robinson, age 48, of Girdler, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Tabitha Robinson; three children, David W. Chandley of Corbin, KY, Jonathan Robinson & wife Bethany of TN, Olivia Robinson of Mt. Vernon, KY; five grandchildren, Liam Chandley, Ariel Chandley, Hunter Chandley, Lane Mark Robinson & Loreleigh Raine Robinson; his father-in-law Robert Lawson and mother-in-law Betty Lawson.

his brother-in-law Ernest Elwood (married to Mark’s late sister, Atonya Elwood), their daughters Kim Deaton & husband Brandon and their children, Kasside & Bryson,Stacey Elwood & Austin Lucas and their children, Jackson and Conner, and Samantha Elwood & Nathan Melton;
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry W. Robinson and Brenda Sue Wagers ; his sister, Atonya Elwood; his brother-in-law, Danny Lawson.
Mark was a self-employed mechanic for more than 15 years. He attended Callahan Baptist Church in Knox County. He loved spending time with family and hanging out with friends. He dearly loved his kids and grandkids. Mark liked fast cars and four-wheeling and was a big fan of wrestling. He enjoyed making people laugh and never met a stranger.
Funeral services for Mark A. Robinson will be held on Friday, October 2, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home with Billy Argiropoulos and Clifford (Buck) Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Merrimac Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 1, 2020 beginning at 6:00 p.m. also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses. The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
