Larry Sturdivant age 67 of Cannon, KY was born in Artemus, KY on August 6, 1954 to the late Claude and Mary Ann Black Sturdivant and departed this life on Saturday, October 9, 2021 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital. He was of the Christian Faith and enjoyed watching Westerns, Bargain Shopping, helping others, joking and cutting up, hunting, fishing, collecting cars, listening to music, traveling, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, 2 brothers: Terry Henley Sturdivant, and Ricky Nolan Sturdivant preceded him in death.
Larry is survived by his loving children: Katlyn Sturdivant, Larry Nolan Sturdivant, Joshua Garland, and Jordan Sturdivant all of Cannon, KY, Joseph Londeree of Cincinnati, OH, Heidi Wilhelm and husband Bob of W. Harrison, IN, and Jennifer Lynn Sturdivant of Connersville, IN; 3 brothers: Claude Vaughn Sturdivant and wife Karen of New Port, KY, Keith Ray Sturdivant of Austin, TX, and Harold Tye Sturdivant of Moundsville, WVA; 2 sisters: Renah Milton of Martinsburg, WVA, and Mary Lana Grubb and husband Tony of Florence, KY; 4 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral Services for Mr. Larry Sturdivant will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Jeff Sturdivant and Brother Joe Londeree officiating. Burial will be private to the family. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
