Mr. Kenneth Liford age 77 of Auburn Hills, Michigan departed this life on February 1, 2022 in Michigan. He was the husband of Darlene (Elwell) Liford and the son of Willie and Mary Jane “Janie” Liford born to them on November 8, 1944 in Bimble, Kentucky.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Janie Liford, brothers, Willie Liford, Jr. , Den Liford and Ray Liford and one sister, Ruth Crepeau. Kenneth dearly loved his wife Darlene and enjoyed going up north to hunt with his family. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed raising a garden. He loved his grandchildren and great grandchildren who brought his great joy.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his wife Darlene Liford of Auburn Hills, Michigan, his son Ronnie Liford and wife Melissa of White Lake, Michigan and daughter Kim Roll and husband Chuck of Royal Oak, Michigan, brother Randel Liford and wife Denise of East Pointe, Michigan, sisters, Mae Ramsey and husband Walter and Joyce Sutherland and husband Harold all of Bimble, Kentucky and Fay Kiser and husband Fred of Jonesborough, Tennessee, grandchildren, Shana, Ashley, Kyle, Kayla, Jake and Lexi, great grandchildren, Harper, Loralei, Rosalee, Caiden and Lily. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Liford will be conducted on Sunday, February 6,2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Charles Lee and Rev. Keith Liford officiating. Pallbearers will be Terry Liford, Josh Gilmore, Kyle Liford, Mark Kiser, Brody Kiser and Terry Sutherland. He will be laid to rest in the Payne Cemetery at Bimble. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
