Ms. Kathy Sue Moore, 60, of Barbourville, passed away Tuesday afternoon, September 8, 2020 at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was the daughter of the late Ben Wynn and Mary F. Payne Wynn Swanson born on March 26, 1960 in Barbourville.
Kathy was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed walking and spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Jack and Curtis Wynn.
Survivors include her three children, Greg Moore and Chris Moore both of Barbourville and Jimmy Ray Golden and wife, Judy, of Hinkle; three brothers, Jimmy Wynn and wife, Linda, of Hinkle, Sam Wynn of Barbourville and Ben Wynn Jr. and wife, Renee, of Girdler; ten grandchildren, Kobi, Kylee, Alexis, Zach, Rayle, Jimberly, Brailey, Brayson, Brantley and Charlie; special friends, Lee Ann Games and Renee Wynn; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, September 11 at 3 P.M. She will be laid to rest in the Rose Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be her nephews. Honorary bearers will be the staff of the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday after 12 noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
