Mrs. Joyce Faye McCulley Reeder, age 76 of Barbourville, was born in Cincinnati, OH on May 7, 1943 to the late Richard McCulley and Vinnie Hammock McCulley and departed this life on December 4, 2019 in the Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville. She was a member of Apple Grove Baptist Church and enjoyed cooking, shopping, watching TV, talking on the phone, and time with family and friends.In addition to her parents, 3 brothers: Jack McCulley, Buddy McCulley, and Sonny McCulley; and 5 sisters: Carol Phillips, Mary McCulley, Helen Finley, Mae McCulley, and Pauline McCulley preceded her in death.She is survived by her loving children: Darrell Elliott and wife Robin of Cincinnati, and Kenny Elliott and David Elliott both of Barbourville; 3 brothers: Mike McCulley and Paul McCulley both of Cincinnati, OH and Lee McCulley of Dover, DE; 4 grandchildren: Sabrina, David, Rachel, and Kathrine; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Joyce Reeder will be conducted in the Apple Grove Baptist Church on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Ron Shelton and Rev. Glen Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Goins Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
