Johnny Matthew Mills, age 49 of Barbourville was born in Knox co on March 12, 1972 to the late Johnny Mills SR and Darlene Gambrel Mills and departed this life on August 15, 2021 in the Barbourville ARH. He was a member of the Salem Baptist Church, and he enjoyed, working in the yard and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, 2 Brothers: Oscar Mills & David Mills, 1 Sister: Melissa Mills, and his Maternal Grandmother: Nancy Mills preceded him in death.
Johnny is survived by his loving children Nathan Mills of Corbin & Holly Mills of Barbourville, 2 special Aunt’s Ruby Stoots of Barbourville & Maggie Charlton of Lexington, KY and host of other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Mills will be conducted on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. A.Y. Mills & Rev. Chester Bud Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow in the Mills Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family
