Mr. Jimmy Karl Seals, 73, of Barbourville, formerly of Ewing, VA, passed away Saturday morning, December 28, 2024 at his home. He was the son of the late John and Mary Ramsey Seals born April 3, 1951 in Middlesboro.
Jimmy was a retired truck driver and a member of the Liberty Chapel in Ewing, VA. He enjoyed traveling, especially to the Smokey Mountains, and was an avid gun and knife collector. He also was a classic car enthusiast whose 1958 Camaro was his pride and joy.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Johnson; brother, Randy Seals and niece, Penny Sue Johnson.
Survivors include the love of his life, Sheila Spurlock of Barbourville; special cousins, Roger Littrell, Linda Goins, David Seals and Mitch Seals; several other cousins; aunt, Patti Beisner; friends, Lonnie Smith, Connor Rowland and Bob Yates; special neighbors who were kind and helpful during his illness, Mark and Beth Thomas, Justin and Sarah Mills and Tony and Kathy Parsons; among other loved ones and dear friends.
A private service will be held.
If you wish, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
