Jessa Lorraine Smith, three month old infant daughter of Timothy Smith and Kendra Lorraine Bates was born on March 13, 2021 and departed this life on Friday morning, July 9, 2021 at the St. Joseph Hospital in London, Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by one aunt, Jessica Bays.
She is survived by her parents, Timothy Wayne Smith and Kendra Lorraine Bates of London, three brothers, Preston Lee Jones, Noah Bennett and Devon Bennett all of London, her grandparents, Danny & Patricia Bates of London, Angel Lee Wise of Louisville and Timothy Smith of Barbourville, beloved aunts, Janessa Parker of Corbin and Chloe Bays of London and Janice Bonita Smith. Uncles, David Lee Smith, Mark Bays, Travis Bays and Joshua Keith Smith and a great aunt, Dawn Ryan.
Funeral services for Jessa Lorraine Smith will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mickey Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be, David Smith, Timothy Smith, Joshua Smith, Danny Bates, Preston Jones, Travis Bays and Mark Bays. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
