Jaxton Basinger age 3 months of Dewitt, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at his home. He was the son of Jerry Simpson and Whitney Helton born to them on July 7, 2022 in Corbin, Kentucky.
Survivors include his parents, Jerry Simpson of Artemus, Whitney Helton of Dewitt, bothers and sisters Jessie Mills, Colton Mills, Timothy Lowe, Regan Mills, Miah Mills of Dewitt and Jonathan Simpson, Courtney Nelson of Middlesboro, grandparents James and Geneva Helton of Dewitt, uncles Alan Helton of Dewitt, Brain Simpson of Artemus, aunts Kristy Smith of Flat lick, Amanda Helton of Dewitt, Missy Jackson of Dewitt, Pam Sowders of Artemus.
Funeral services for Jaxton will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hampton Funeral Home with Rev. Brandon Dunn officiating. Burial will be at Helton Cemetery in Dewitt, Kentucky. Pallbearers Jonathan Simpson, Stevie Jackson, Jessie Mills.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
