James Parker Pickard, age 85 of Barbourville was born in Knox County, KY on September 3, 1935 to the late Robert and Lewverna Mays Pickard and departed this life on October 22, 2020 at his home. He was a member of Apple Grove Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed pitching Horseshoes, playing ball, going to Church, and time with family.
In addition to his parents: Bob and Lewverna Pickard; 3 brothers: Paul Pickard, Homer Pickard, and Charles Dye; and a sister: Juanita Jones preceded him in death.
