Franklin Eugene Senters, age 54 of Barbourville was born in Knox County, KY on November 15, 1965 to the late James Franklin Senters and Billie Arlin Partin Senters and departed this life on October 12, 2020 in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. He was of the Holiness Faith and enjoyed traveling, fishing, watching sports, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, a brother: William Daniel Senters; 2 sisters: Nancy Lynn Senters and Patsy Sue Brown; and 4 uncles: Clevus Partin, Houston Partin, Fred Partin, and J B Partin preceded him in death.
Frank is survived by a son: Cody Allen Senters of TX; 2 brothers: Jimmy Dewayne Partin and wife Teresa of Barbourville, and Troy Allen Senters of Kay Jay; 3 sisters: Deborah Ann Tritle of Woolum, Catherine Bernice Senters of Barbourville, and Sherry Dean Collins and husband Gilbert of Scalf; other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
A Graveside Service for Mr. Franklin Senters will be conducted in the Fox Cemetery on Highway 92 on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev Gilbert Collins officiating. Family and friends will gather at Graveside. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
