Mrs. Fannie Mills, age 85 of London, Kentucky, departed this life on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at her home. She was born on November 3, 1939 in Knox County, the daughter of Frank Broughton and Lula Smith Broughton. She united in marriage with Chester Mills and to this union two children were born.
She is preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
Left behind to mourn her passing, her husband of sixty-seven years, Chester Mills of London, a son Michael Mills and wife Judy and a daughter, Ailene Peters and husband Dewayne, four grandchildren, Melissa Mills, Rebecca Partin and husband Mark, Jessica Peters and Jason Peters, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A private service for Mrs. Mills will be held. She will be laid to rest in the Obie Mills Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Dewayne Peters, Jason Peters, Alex Johnson, Ethan Johnson, Michael Mills and Brian Skok. Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
