Obituary for Emily Francis Collins Allen (1951-2020)

Emily Francis Collins Allen, age 69 of Barbourville, was born in Knox County, KY on June 7, 1951 to the late Pascal Lee Collins and Tina Belle Van Collins and departed this life on December 2, 2020 in the Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY.  She was a member of Coalport Holiness Church and enjoyed fishing, sewing, attending Church, Gardening, watching westerns, and time with family and friends.

In addition to her parents: Pascal and Tina Bell Collins; her first husband: Willie Boles; her second husband: Albert Allen; a stepdaughter: Nancy Marie Bryant; 2 brothers: Henry Collins and Floyd Collins; and 5 sisters: Laura Cable, Celia Coster, Grace Brown, Lyndia Ellis, and Jenny Collins preceded her in death.

Emily is survived by her loving children: Katrina Jenkins of Barbourville, Angela Boles-Craft and husband Terry, and Jackie Boles all of Flatwoods, KY, Beverly Allen and husband Major of Lily, KY, and Robert Boles and wife Tiffany of Artemus; 2 brothers: Ernest Collins of Artemus and Glen T Collins and wife Della Mae of Barbourville; 2 sisters: Joyce Amarine and Elsie Fisher all of Barbourville; 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Emily Allen will be conducted on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. in the Free Pentecostal Church House of Prayer with Rev. Andrew Hamblin and Rev. Glen Collins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers.  Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.

Family visitation will be Saturday from 5 to 6 P.M..  Due to the continuing COVID-19 Pandemic, and new regulations from our Governor gatherings will be limited to 25 people and all who attend will be required to wear face mask and practice Social Distancing.
