Mrs. Donna Carol Napier, 54, of Barbourville, the widow of Frederick Napier, passed away Saturday afternoon, September 25, 2021 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the daughter of Betty Grubb Trent and the late Roger Jackson born on March 10, 1967 in Barbourville.
Donna was a licensed practical nurse with Pinnacle Treatment Center in London and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed working with and caring for her patients, cooking, shopping and spending time with her family. She was a generous person who always put others needs before her own.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Trent of Barbourville; a son, Tyler F. Napier and fiancé, McKayla, of Barbourville; a brother, Roger David Jackson and wife, Amy, of Barbourville; among other loved ones and dear friends too numerous to mention.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Friday, October 1 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Duke Hammons and Rev. Ted Eversole officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Jones-Hurst Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be family and friends. Honorary bearers will be McKayla Lowery and her dear co-workers.
Friends may call at the funeral home Friday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
