Mr. Dennis Keith Hibbard, 70, of Gray, passed away Sunday afternoon, January 30, 2022 at his home. He was the youngest of 12 children born to the late Willie and Victoria Stewart Hibbard on June 5, 1951 in Pineville.
Dennis was a former heavy equipment operator and of the Baptist faith. He was a quiet man who enjoyed spending time at home with his family.
On March 19, 1984, he united in marriage with Deborah Appleget and to this union two children were born.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Aileen and Wilma Carnes and seven brothers, Russell, Arvil, Arthur, Virgil, Earnest, Ralph and Vernon Hibbard.
Survivors include his loving wife of over 37 years, Debbie Hibbard of Gray; two sons, Alan Hibbard and wife, Victoria, of Barbourville and Chris Hibbard and wife, Cassy, of Gray; two brothers, Otis Hibbard and Willie Hibbard Jr. and wife, Imogene, all of Winchester, IN; five precious grandchildren, Cory, Zoe, Dez, Anderson and Xander; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
