Ms. Deloris Jean Felts, 63, of London, passed away Thursday afternoon, August 5, 2021 at St. Joseph London. She was the daughter of the late Whitley and Lillie Hubbard Grubb born on July 17, 1958 in Pineville.
Deloris was a homemaker, a former employee of Union College and attended the First Pentecostal Church in London. She enjoyed watching WLJC, reading the Bible, singing, collecting dolls and especially spending time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dessie Stewart and two brothers, Otis and Oscar Grubb.
Survivors include a daughter, Lisa Ansbro and husband, Brice, of Corbin; two sisters, Doris Ann Miles of Illinois and Linda Beverly and husband, Virgil, of Barbourville; brothers, Ova Grubb and wife, Evelyn, of Corbin, Arnold Grubb of Arizona, Arthur Grubb of Dayton, OH, Al Grubb and wife, Peggy, of Middletown, OH, Danny Grubb and wife, Denise, of Barbourville and Doyle Grubb and wife, Holly, of Middletown, OH; two grandchildren, Lorissa Dollar and Gunnar Ansbro both of Corbin; several nieces and nephews; her beloved dog, Baby; among other loved ones and dear friends.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Monday, August 9 at 11 A.M. with Rev. Gilbert Collins officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Grubb Cemetery at Acorn Fork.
Casket bearers will be her family and friends.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday after 10 A.M. until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
