Debbie Owens, age 63 of Barbourville was born in Barbourville, KY on April 4, 1961 to the late Oscar and Lucille Hensley Owens and departed this life on July 30, 2024 at her home. She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed watching the QVC Shopping Network, Comedy Shows, and time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Oscar and Lucille Owens.
Debbie is survived by her loving siblings: Jeanette Osborne and Betty June Cox both of Barbourville, and Lee Marvin Owens and wife Veronica of Woodbine, KY; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Debbie Owens will be conducted in the Dowis Chapel Cemetery on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 12 Noon with Rev. Darrell Warren officiating. Burial will follow the service with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Family and friends will gather at Graveside Saturday at 12 Noon.
