Obituary for Daniel Lee Pennington (1961-2021)

Daniel Lee Pennington age 59 of Corbin passed away Sunday, March 8, 2021, at his home.


Daniel was born August 9, 1961, in Corbin, Kentucky to Les Leo Pennington and Patricia Davis.
Daniel was an airline Mechanic in the United States Air Force for 9 years in Altus, Oklahoma, San Antonio, Texas, and McGuire Air Force Base, New Jersey. Daniel served as the Chief of fire for the Williamstown Volunteer Fire Department in Williamstown Kentucky and was a member of Barboursville, West Virginia Fire Department

Daniel is survived by his mother Patricia Pennington Morgan. Two Daughters; Priscilla Pennington and Heather Noel. Nine Grand-Children; Alexis Napier, Haley Napier, Brooklyn Napier, Madison Kerr, Abigayle Clagg, Kamryn Noel, Aubre Noel Lydia Noel, Russell Noel. One Great Grandson; Colton Napier.
Two Brothers Charlie Pennington (Angel) of Barbourville, West Virginia, Les Kendall Pennington (Eva) of Jacksonville. Florida Two Sisters Sarah J. Wiley and Lori Pennington (Danny Childers). Special Friend Connie Creech as well as a host of family and friends to mourn his passing

Daniel was preceded in death by his father Les Leo Pennington.

A visitation will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 12 p.m. at the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel

Funeral services will be conducted the same day Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 2 p.m. at the O’Neil-Lawson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ivan Siler officiating.

Military Honors will be conducted at the service by American Legion Post 88 Fonzie Wilder, Corbin ky.
