Crystal Smith Underwood, age 53 of Woodbine, was born in Wayne, MI on September 2, 1967 to the late Steve Smith, Jr. and Goldie Smith and departed this life on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at her home. She was a member of Keck Baptist Church and enjoyed crafts, and time with family and friends.
She is survived by her loving children: Jonathan Barton and wife Tara of Gray and Cristine Barton of Manchester; 2 sisters: Sandra Baysinger and husband Duane of Corbin, and Beverly Hensley and husband Joe of Gray; 3 grandchildren: Ben Barton, Deven Barton, and Weston Barton arriving soon.
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Crystal Underwood will be conducted in the Candle Ridge Cemetery on Thursday, March 4, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. James Bargo officiating. Burial will follow with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends and family will gather at the Candle Ridge Cemetery Thursday at 2:00 P.M.. Due to the continuing COVID-19 Pandemic, and new regulations from our Governor on gatherings all who attend will be required to wear face mask and practice Social Distancing.
