Mr. Clarence Payne Jr., 93, of Barbourville, the husband of Jenople Smith Payne, passed away Tuesday evening, March 10, 2020 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. He was the son of the late Clarence and Mary Bryant Payne.
His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Monday, March 16 at 2 P.M. He will be laid to rest in the Warren Family Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday after 12 Noon until the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
