Clara Kay Howard Gray, age 60 of Barbourville, KY was born in Harlan County, KY on March 11, 1961 to the late Dewey and Oma Helton Howard and departed this life on November 3, 2021 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was of the Baptist Faith and caring for her animals, taking care of her children, and time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, her first husband: Danny Green; a daughter: Amanda Miracle; a brother: Dewey Howard, Jr.; and a nephew: Jimmy J. Johnson preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving daughters: Crystal Smith and husband Terry of Flat Lick, KY, Deanna Smith and husband Vernon of Gray, and China Owens and husband Chris of Barbourville; a brother: Larry Howard of FL; 2 sisters: Sandy Wilson and husband Neil and Helen Johnson and husband Jim all of Pineville; 13 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Clara Gray will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 1:30 P.M.. Burial will follow in the Hurst Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
