Charlotte Amila Sizemore, beloved daughter of Johna and Daniel Sizemore was born sleeping on January 16, 2025 at UK Hospital. Though our time together was brief, our hearts were filled with love for our precious angel.
Charlotte will forever be cherished in our memories and loved by her parents, Johna and Daniel Sizemore; brothers: Cayde, Case, and Waylon of Barbourville; grandparents: Zach and Annie Thompson of Richmond, KY, John and Amanda Blevins of Louisville, KY, and Anthony Williams of Manchester, KY; great grandparents: Sidney and Loretta Blevins of Barbourville, KY, Tony Phillips of London and Willamae Williams of Manchester, KY; and many loving aunts, uncles, and other family members to mourn her passing.
A Graveside Service will be held to honor our little one at Blevins Cemetery in Heidrick, KY on Monday at 1:00 PM with Rev. Jeff Branum, and Rev. Jarrad Styles officiating. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
