Charles Ralph Never, age 82 of Artemus, was born in Toledo, OH on August 20, 1938 to the late Ernest and Hattie McIrath Never and departed this life on Sunday, December 6, 2020 at his home. He was of the Catholic Faith and enjoyed mowing the grass, fishing, helping the neighbors, and time with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, a son: Richard Never; and 4 siblings preceded him in death.
Charles is survived by his loving wife: Janie Never of Artemus; 2 sons: Charles Ralph Never, Jr. of Toledo, OH, and James Roderick and wife Allison of Ida MI; 2 daughters: Bridgett Bovee of Toledo, OH and Jennifer Breitner of Lambertville, MI; a brother: Ron Never of Temperance, MI; a sister: Joanne Combs of Temperance, OH; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; other relatives and many friends to mourn his passing.
A Memorial Service for Mr. Charles Never will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Danny Leddington officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends may call at the Barbourville Funeral Home Saturday from 11:00 A.M. to the Funeral Hour at 2. Due to the continuing COVID-19 Pandemic, and new regulations from our Governor gatherings will be limited to 25 people and all who attend will be required to wear face mask and practice Social Distancing. Due to these regulations, we will have a Register outside under the porch for those who wish to stop by and sign.
