Mr. Brad Dewayne Rose age 40 of Girdler, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, August 18, 2024 as a result of an automobile accident. He was the son of Cathy and Dennis Owens.
He was born in Knox County on October 20, 1983 and was a member of the New Bethel Baptist Church. He enjoyed mowing, weedeating, fishing and spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, William and Bertha Rose, and Carrie and Don Smith.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his mother Cathy Rose and husband Dennis who raised him, his father, Roy Callihan and wife Lavonne, one sister, Kayla Owens and one brother, Travis Owens and girlfriend Megan Hammons and a niece, Bailee Grace Owens. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Lawson-Owens Cemetery on Morris Branch Rd. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery prior to the service.
