Mrs. Billie R. Phipps, 78, of Barbourville, the wife of Vencil Phipps, passed away Sunday morning, December 13, 2020 at the Hazard Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Richard R. and Loretta Terrell Pridemore.
A private family funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Thursday, December 17. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
