Mrs. Billie Lois Messer, 80, of Barbourville, the widow of Randall W. “Pete” Messer, passed away Wednesday afternoon, December 29 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the daughter of the late John H. “Red” and Pearl Gibson Davis.
Her funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Tuesday, January 4 at 1 P.M. She will be laid to rest in the Farley Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday between 6 and 8 P.M. and Tuesday prior to the funeral hour.
Arrangements are under the direction of Knox Funeral Home.
