Betsy Lou Cecil, age 47 of Barbourville was born in Pineville, KY on September 19, 1975 to late Ronald and Joann Campbell Cecil and departed this life on June 9, 2023 at her home. She was of the Baptist Faith and enjoyed taking care of her animals, and time with family and friends.
In addition to her parents, a brother: Jeffery Cecil preceded her in death.
She is survived by her loving daughter: Kayla Hamilton and fiancé Jared Mills of Cannon; other relatives and many friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Betsy Cecil will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Glenn Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the Barbourville Cemetery with family and friends serving as Pallbearers. Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home Wednesday from 11:00 AM to the funeral hour at 1.
